Somewhere along the way, I learned one of the most powerful lessons of my life,what-I-Learned-about-outgrowing-pushing : When I finally let go of that last thread I’d been clinging to — the one labeled “just keep pushing” — I didn’t fall apart… I was set free.
In fact, it felt as though the universe let out a sigh of relief.
Finally, she’s giving us space to work on her behalf.
That’s the thing about “pushing through” — we’re taught it’s strength, when often, it’s just survival. We grip tighter, push harder, and exhaust ourselves in the process. But what if true strength is in knowing when to stop fighting and start flowing?
When I stopped pushing, so much changed:
I released expectations
I gave myself permission to rest — without guilt
Rest brought new energy
That energy gave me choices
Those choices gave me a new sense of control over how I lived my days
And that’s exactly what I’ve woven into every retreat I offer.
Not hustle. Not proving. Just space — to breathe, to rest, to reconnect, to choose differently.
At my retreats, there are no expectations placed on you. You don’t have to earn your rest or prove your worth. You simply get to be.
You’ll learn how to tune into yourself, make soul-aligned choices, and return home to the part of you that was never meant to live in survival mode.
These weekends were born from lived experience — and a passion for witnessing the quiet, beautiful transformations that unfold when women are finally given permission to stop pushing.
If you feel like you’ve outgrown “pushing through”…Maybe this is your sign to choose something softer. Something truer.
Join us. Come home to yourself.
